Welcome students, parents, and visitors! I am very happy that
you stopped by! Please check out all pages on this website to learn more about myself and what is happening in the second grade classroom! I am looking forward to a wonderful year!
My name is Diane Pulcini, and I am thrilled to be your child's second grade teacher. I look forward to working with you to make this a wonderful year od learning for your child. Here is a little bit about me:
I am a lifelong resident of Aliquippa, living with my mom in my childhood home. I have an older brother who is a retired professor of Dickinson College and a priest.
I graduated from Clarion University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education with a dual certification in Elementary and Early Childhood. After graduation, I began my teaching career at Saint Titus School in Aliquippa, and remained there until the school was closed in 2009. From October 2009-April 2015, I was a substitute teacher at Our Lady of Fatima School and in the Central Valley School District. Although I had many rewarding experiences during these years, I was overjoyed to have a classroom of my own again! I am thrilled to be a part of the OLOF School family!
Some of my interests include reading, especially mysteries, and even though I am not an "extreme" one, I am big on couponing: I love a good deal!
I am huge fan of the Pirates, Winnie the Pooh, and rainbows.
Feel free to contact me at any time through my school email, a note, or by calling the school.
I feel truly Blessed to be a part of your child's academic and spiritual growth!
